First Chakra
Root Chakra
Root Chakra is a the base of your spine in your bottom area. This Chakra is for grounding, sense of security and stability.

My go to crystals: Black Tourmaline and Red Jasper.
Second Chakra
Sacral Chakra
The Sacral Chakra is located just above the Root Chakra and below your belly button. This Chakra is about relationships, emotions, sexuality, and expression.

Third Chakra
Sacral Chakra
The Solar Plexus Chakra is located just above the belly button. This Chakra is about personal power, self esteem, and the power of transportation.

Heart Chakra
The Heart Chakra is located in the heart area. This Chakra is about a deeper understanding of yourself. This is about manifesting.

Fifth Chakra
Throat Chakra
Throat Chakra is located in the Throat area and is the communication hub of your body and spirit. The Throat Chakra is about speaking up and expressing yourself.

Sixth Chakra
Third Eye Chakra
Third Eye Chakra is located just above the middle of your eye brows. The Third Eye Chakra is like a mirror of yourself and connection to your Higher Conscience. This Chakra is liked to intuition and awareness.

Seventh Chakra
Crown Chakra
The Crown Chakra is located on the crown of your head. This Chakra is about connection to the divine. Speaking with and hearing from your Spirit Tribe (as I call them).
